I really like how fresh it makes my hair feel. The rosemary and mint give a cool, clean feeling on the scalp, and it helps remove buildup without making my hair feel dry. My hair feels clean, light and refreshed after using it.

This was my favorite shampoo in the 2010s, & I needed something to wash 'East Coast summer' hair. BUT my hair ended up super dry & falling out! It was trauma-inducing amount of hair loss. After a battery of tests, doctor & I began googling, & found this shampoo is notorious for causing both. Formulas were revamped in 2016, and now include chemicals that can cause hair loss & known to be harmful to humans in other ways. There have even been multiple lawsuits, the latest was a class-action suits in 2024 & 2025
