love
this is my new favorite flat iron. it doesn't snag my hair and I have minimal heat damage as a curly/coily girl, it heats up fairly quickly and my hair gets very sleek with this iron. love it. and the plates are long so you can do long sections.

I have had this iron for two years and use it several times a week. My hair is still in good shape and it is easy to use. No complaints!
Love this iron!
Was needing a new iron with dual voltage for traveling. This one checked all the boxes: ceramic, it locks, auto-off, swivel cord, and oh so flat & SMOOTH!
Good affordable hair straightener
So far this hair straightener has gotten the job done. My hair tends to frizz in humid weather after straightening but using the hottest temp option I've been able to straighten my hair where it stays straight. Also I really like that it has an extra large cord so I'm able to use almost anywhere.
No so great...
I have several Olivia Garden hairbrushes and love all of them. I wanted to love this flat iron, but the cord is awful. It's twice as long as the cord on other flat irons; as thick and heavy as a vacuum cord, which makes it catch on everything and impossible to store.
