Hair Type Wavy Hair
I had hopes for this flat iron but it did not deliver the desired result. I have short-medium hair and it takes several passes to get it semi straight, it looks dry at the end and although it says that the temperature is 455, it does not feel so. My CHI produced better results at 432. I will stick with CHI
I think I received a defect
I purchased this based on reviews. I typically stick to revlon or conair cheaper straightners, but wanted something I assumed is less damaging and worked better overall. I have mixed hair that's fairly thin now. This product did not straighten my hair very well. I had to do a minimum of 3 passes and the ends just werent getting that smooth look Im used to. Im pretty annoyed to splurge on a useless product. I gave it to my daughter who has a different hair type and she also said it didn't straighten her hair well either.
Disappointed
I loved this straightener but ive only had a little over a year and it has quit working

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I wanted this flat iron to be perfect. I love this brand's hair brushes. I have thick, wavy hair and they have the best hairbrush, hands down for my hair type. So I was excited to try the flat iron. I have always used a CHI flat iron, so for me to branch out from that was a big deal. This is heavier than a CHI. First flaw. However, I like that the temp goes up to 450. My last CHI allowed me to pick the setting at ANY temp setting, whether it be 351, to 432, etc. This has prefilled temp settings, which I DO NOT like. 2nd flaw. I also feel like it's just not as hot as it says, but I haven't gotten a thermometer out to test that theory.

I love this iton so much! Keeps my hair healthy and shiny! Does not damage with a good heat protector you will love it!
