Wet hair thoroughly. Starting with shampoo, pour a small amount into palm and emulsify to create a rich foam. Apply to scalp and massage through hair strands. Follow with conditioner. Remove excess water from hair. Apply a small amount of conditioner to palms, emulsify and apply to hair from mid-lengths to ends. Rinse thoroughly.

Waste of money
I do not like this shampoo or conditioner for so many reasons. Reason one, I don't like how difficult it is to squeeze the product out of the bottle. I have arthritis in my hands and this is one of the worst containers to squeeze. Secondly, the cap on one of the bottles would not operate properly. My husband had to nearly break the top off in order for me to use the product. Third, the smell and texture is awful. The shampoo is very thick and takes a lot to get lathered on my hair. The conditioner is way too thick for the small hole that it squeezes out of. The conditioner is too thick and hard to spread throughout your hair. Fourth, pricing is high for a crappy product. My hair feels and looks flat after using both products. I usually can find at least one nice thing to add to a review of a bad product, however I can not come up with any positive to say about this product. I do not recommend purchasing this product.
No change in my hair after going through an entire bottle
Im 43 and my hair isnt the same as it used to be, my hair is much thinner and wont grow long anymore. I had high hopes because of fhe good reviews but after using this for months, my hair is no different. Not thicker or longer or more voluminous. It does make my hair feel clean and soft but that's not what I bought it for. Pretty disappointed!

I really like this shampoo and conditioner. I have very fine hair. The conditioner does help with my tangles. I brush my hair before i wash it. When i blow dry its very fluffy. After i blow dry i put in a bun wgile sleeping. Next morning, i have fluffy voluminous hair with waves and curls. I dont like the bottles, its hard to squeeze out, especially the thinker conditioner. I find I do use more conditioner than shampoo. I bought this product on dale and used ulta points to bring down the cost. I plan to purchase again when its on sale.

This conditioner does nothing for my hair. It cannot detangle or soften or anything. It doesn't match the shampoo at all. The shampoo is super concentrated and rich, the conditioner is watery and I would need the bottle to be 4x the size to even have a chance of it matching the shampoo use level.
