It's OK
Soft, not sticky. Rinses off hands quickly and easily. Definitely improves and enhances curls. (incl. your cowlicks). Doesn't seem to offer any hold, however if it enhances the curl, it will hold the natural shape. It's ok. I used a diffuser and finger styled. Not bad, but I've had better.

TIGI Catwalk Curl Amplifier was a great product but as usual the manufacturer has to mess with it and ruin it. I compared ingredients to the original and they are definitely not the same. The 'new' product smells horrible and doesn't keep curly hair defined any longer. I returned the product and will no longer purchase.
