Quick & Effective Oil Cleanser
I received these cleansing pads complimentary from neogen in exchange for my honest review. I thought they smelled pleasant, and I was very impressed with how quickly and easily they removed my makeup! Much faster than my usual. However, while the oil is lightweight, it felt like a lot of oil on my skin (combination leaning oily), and it was a little tricky to feel like I fully removed the oil with my normal cleanser afterwards. I think this would be great for someone who has dry or normal skin. If you do tend to have oilier skin (like me), I found it helpful to dab off some of the product from the pad before cleansing. It still worked effectively for me with less excess oil afterwards. Again, it is *very* effective and quick for removing sunscreen, makeup, etc., and I do like that the pads have different textures on each side. Just a bit too much product on the pads for someone with my skin type.
Double cleansing made easy!
I received a sample of this product from complimentary from Neogen in exchange for my honest review and my honest review is that I feel like this is a very innovative product that fills a very important niche. I definitely double cleanse every day but sometimes I just don't want to bother with using an oil cleanser first/rinse/then a foaming cleanser. What this product allows you to do is remove your makeup/sunscreen/primer first without rinsing and then following it up with a foaming cleanser. I think it's an excellent product and I've been very happy and grateful to be able to test it out.
