I just thought it would be water - that's what I think every toner is. this spray is so so good. Idk why it seems to prevent acne - I ran out and didn't replenish it and then my skin started to break out more. I didn't think it was the spray that had made the difference so I didn't even think to replace it. But when i did like 3 or 4 months later my skin cleared right back up. unreal. big fan. maybe im just magnesium deficient idk. HIGHLY recommend.
