- Using the precision spoolie, apply a small amount of gel onto clean, dry brows.
- Brush hairs back and forth to fully cover with product.
- Shape brows with the comb end, then gently press up and out into brows with the brush to set hairs in place for a laminated look.
- Use the Instant Lift Brow Pencil or Ultra-Precision Brow Pencil (both sold separately) to fill in sparse areas as needed.

Nice strong hold
I tried the Elf 3-in-1 Applicator Brow Laminating Gel and I am really impressed by the longevity of the hold. Over 10 and a half hours later my eyebrows still look pristine! AMAZING!!!
I love this brow laminating gel. I use it like every day. it does not leave that white sticky residue that most brow laminating gels leave. It gets the job done well and it looks great in the process. A little bit of it does go long way so it lasts me a while. it's very convenient how it comes with those brushes on the other end of it. I love it.
Really good brow gel!!!! Love it! Kinda sticky though…
I really like this brow gel. It adds more volume to my eyebrows, and gives them a certain fun flair. I think that it works really well too. Great price!! It's cheap, so I'm sure if I bought an expensive one, it would be a little bit better quality and a little less sticky. Only complaint is stickiness! Love love love the brushes!
White residue
I thought this would be the brow gel I'd been hunting for, but it wasn't. It's really good at HOLDING your brows in place, but it still left white residue on me.
Can be better
It's not entirely bad, but its a no for me. The texture feels like a sticky, gummy feeling. It also lifted some of my brow liner off when being applied and takes a while to fully dry. I'll stick with my Essence Brow Lift & Freeze Glie.
