I have not tried any face moisturizers or serums by elf! This Is my first time trying anything remotely close!! It did not disappoint at all! The Facial serum is so lightweight and feels silky. It doesn't feel heavy or oily. The eye cream was the same way. The smell of the serum was slightly overpowering but nothing a person couldn't handle, it didn't linger it was just the initial distribution of the serum. It smells like anise or cinnamony scent. Later after I an hour or 2 I went to look at my face and was wondering why my face was glowing! I remembered I put this on! My face didn't feel sticky or gross! This is definitely a winner and will be getting replenished when I run out . To add I have combination skin so my T-zone is usually oily and the rest has some dryness. Also I have a bit of a breakout on my right side of my jawline and this didn't seem to irritate it or make it worse.

I have been using the e.l.f Skin Brightest Besties Duo for about a month and I am completely convinced. I guess I never realized how beneficial vitamins C and E are for my skin. The serum is absorbed almost instantly. The scent is kind of medicine -y but it's not strong enough to irritate. The eye cream is unbelievably soft and leaves a smooth surface for make up. I received product to review but I will be purchasing regularly.

I've been using these for about two weeks and I've noticed a drastic difference in my dark spots and acne scarring. The only downside I've found for the toner is the slightly off-putting smell upon first applying. It's almost like orange or grapefruit peels that have gone off, but this smell does not bother me after application. The eye cream is great for dark circles and keeps my undereyes hydrated and awake.
