Are they supposed to be dry? My package arrived with the wrappers shrink wrapped and when opened they barely appear to have any product on them at all. I think I received OLD products.

What magic is this!?
I have been using this for a few years now. I keep going to other brands because I'm trying to find something a little less expensive, but this is it for me. It's my little luxury. I do not know anything better for puffy eyes. When these come out of the pack, you'll notice that they're not very full of product. But they stick to your eyes and stay put! I actually leave them on for up to half hour. It says on the back that you can also use them on mouth lines from the nose to mouth. The packaging states the main ingredient is colloidal silver. Looking at the rest of the ingredients there's some witch hazel, aloe, some collagen and pearl powder! None of these ingredients have ever irritated my eyes or caused a reaction of any sort. I have very dark circles and puffy eyes. It's a terrible combination when you're trying to put concealer on because all it does when you have puffy eyes is accentuate your dark circles. This does the job to take my puffiness away and therefore making me less tired. The effect lasts all day. Even in as little as 10 minutes, there's a difference. I just like to leave mine longer and I think that's why the effect lasts all day. The packaging also mentions that you can put them in the refrigerator. I would absolutely do that if I weren't a lazy person. Lol. I'll bet it would be very soothing after a night of partying. In the end, it's worth it to pay a couple extra bucks to buy something that works. It says not to reuse them, but I can get away with using them twice. Just make sure that there's nothing else on your face or under your eyes when you put them on. As long as these are being made, I will be buying them!
The BEST for puffy eyes!!
I have very dark under eye circles, along with puffiness. Im allerhic to one of my daughters cats too, so my eyes akways look irritated. When I use my concealer, the puffiness still makes my dark circles stand out. This eye mask is a gem. I honestly didn't have high hopes. There didn't seem to be much serum at all when I took them out. So anyway, I tried them and kept them on for about 20 minutes. When I took them off, I could not believe my eyes. Literally coyld not believe my eyes! Lol. My puffiness was all gone, and when I put my concealer on to hide my dark circles, I just was amazed. This is the first undereye mask that has EVER done what it says. I love that they stay in place and have zero scent! You can bet I will be keeping a stash of these around.
