honestly when i got this it was an impulse buy and of course spending $200+ on a hair dryer is not really ideal, but as i got to use it more and more i've realized this was a true investment! i have thick 3b-3c hair and soemtimes when using the tools i feel as if they will break but i just make sure to detangle my hair very well before i use the brush or comb attachment! i love the little features such as the 1 hit cool button and etc! i truly do love this hair dryer and recommend if you are willing to pay the price
