Use an eye primer to like e.l.f.'s Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer (sold separately) to prep your eyelids for application.
Apply powder eyeshadow to each lid using an eyeshadow brush.

Good for price but not for anyone with mature skin
These are super cute, great for a small travel kit, and good for the price. I found the metallics to really be super pigmented and beautiful, but the mattes were very shear. Product colors don't match the picture
There are literally three different colors/photos for the Truffles palette, and what I got does not match the main one that's featured, unfortunately. It's a much warmer palette than what's advertised that won't work with my skin tone.
Disappointing
I've been using the Rose palette for awhile and just repurchased. The color is not the same and it doesn't last as long. I gave two stars because the price is right.
Crumbles and breaks easily
As soon as i dab with my brush it breaks apart. Made a mess in my male up bag. Quality is not great and they are patchy
Lovely Mini Palettes
Last month, I purchased Elf Cosmetic's Bite-Size Eyeshadow Palettes in Cold Brew and Total Smokeshow. I haven't tried the second one yet, but I love the neutral and brown colors in the Mini Cold Brew Palette. They're perfect for blending on fair skin tones and carrying them in your make-up bag. I would love to buy all the other mini palettes in the near future to try them all.
Been trying to get this from the ELF site for months.
When I saw this at Ulta, I grabbed it. Love the pallet colors. These mins from ELF are awesome.
