I used to love it
I used to love this mascara, it was lengthening and waterproof but the last one I bought smudged all over and it was super clumply, I do t know if they changed the formula but is totally messy now, will be looking for another one

I have tried the regular BTS mascara but really needed a waterproof mascara due my eye yes watering.. Product is water proof but noted flaking soon after applying.

wasn't really waterproof
This was cakey and flakey and I had black under my eyes after a few hours (and I'd only put it on my top lashes, none on the bottom). After all that, it also was difficult to fully wash off. It felt like it took 3 days to fully remove after trying with an oil based remover and soap multiple times. Was disappointed bc I know the brand to be good!

I was absolutely in love with this mascara, i have had three bottles already. So i went to get a new one and saw the packaging has changed, i was in utter shock and disbelief. I am very disappointed because that is basically the whole reason why i love this mascara, i hope that you come to change it back to the way it was before. P.s. i should get a reward for this.

Is there any way to make it less clumpy? I was so excited for the waterproof version kind of upset that it is very clumpy. You would think the price would be a smoother formula
