Not for Oily Hair
I have thick, oily hair and skin sensitivities. I purchased this hoping to primarily use it as a shampoo. I've been using it for a week and will have to discontinue using it. After shampooing, my scalp doesn't feel clean, and my hair turns into an oily mess within 24 hours of washing my hair. In...

Great bar shampoo!
After I bleached my hair, almost every shampoo would leave my hair feeling like straw. Bar shampoos in particular were rough on my hair which was disappointing since I was trying to be more eco-conscious. This shampoo on the other hand makes my hair feel so soft! I love that it is gentle on my scalp and, it doesn't seem to have any artificial scents. It lathers well and also doesn't feel stripping on the skin. The only supposed con is the plastic wrapper in an otherwise great eco-conscious product. I've used other bars that have fully compostable packaging, so it was a little disappointing but not a dealbreaker. If this isn't a con for you, I would say there really is nothing negative I can say about this shampoo.
Better than high end shampoos
I have lost track of how many expensive shampoos I have tried but never repurchased. This one leaves my hair cleaner and softer for longer without stripping. For reference I have thinning hair (thanks perimenopause) with oily roots and dry ends. As a bonus it doesn't come in single use plastic bottles. Please continue carrying this product!

I am mind blown by this product! It was the first time for me to use a shampoo bar. I did feel it was crazy sudsy and could've had less suds for the desired effect. I usually use Bumble and Bumble for my hair. After using this product, I plan to continue purchasing it as my main shampoo. I love that it's unscented. I like the ingredients.

I bought this because it has no fragrance, contains oat and aloe, and comes as a sustainable substitute for plastic bottles! My scalp had become so sensitive and tender from using a purple shampoo and conditioner and while hot water on my scalp for everytime I washed my hair (2-3 times/week). I tried just putting the water on cool but that didn't cut it. I tried this with cool water and my scalp made a whole turn around. It feels healthy and normal again, I am so happy.
