OUCH! Wish I read the reviews first. Will be returning!
I bought this during the 21 days sale, bc of its original price i didnt look into the reviews before purchasing, ( i normally do). First impressions i love how this looks. The packaging is super cute & durable. Love the shade of pink, + the clear ring for the label was a nice touch. Upon opening, the moisturizer itself being a bright pink aswell was a pleasant surprise. i love to go all out for my body care in terms of scents, colors, etc, bc i cant have any of that for my face as its much more sensitive than my body. As far as appearance goes thats the only positive thing about this product. This. Stuff. BURNS! The directions say "has a slight warming effect", which is true initially, but then it kept getting warmer & warmer & wouldnt stop! It totally burned! It felt like i just put icyhot all over my butt. Before rinsing off is when i decided to check reviews, to find LOADS of others having the same experience! When i came across people saying it literally left burn marks/welts is when i decided to wash it off. Extremely unpleasant experience overall. Will be returning. Maelys: you should be more focused on fixing this atrocious products, or removing jt from the market entirely, than redoing the packaging. That is unacceptable.
The worst, most painful 'beauty' product I've ever used.
It is rare that I write reviews, but I genuinely don't understand how this product is still on the market and after my experience I need to talk about it. Yes, I read the other negative reviews before purchase, but I'm not a wimp and the before/afters look great, right? WRONG. There was definitely some user error involved here but the level of negative effects I experienced shouldn't be possible for a product marketed to consumers for home-use. Here's what I did so that you don't do it: I waited until I was dry after a shower to apply, per the instructions. I used probably about 1.5 Tablespoons of product (estimating - less than what I would use for a body butter, but enough to spread easily). I covered the butt and both thighs. Mistake #1 - I assume that this was probably WAY too much product. The negative effects started a few minutes after application as the product was absorbed/dried. At first it was prickly, and then the 'warming' started. The problem is, it didn't stop heating up. After about 10 minutes the entire area was red, burning, and extremely hot to the touch. AND IT JUST DIDN'T STOP. After another 5 minutes, it was getting to be pretty unbearable. I didn't want to quit on the first try so I figured I would just put some aloe gel over the top to reduce the sting to a tolerable amount. Mistake #2 - the active ingredient oil in here is clearly triggered by moisture. The aloe basically reactivated it and made it WORSE. 30 seconds later I actually couldn't take it anymore so jumped in the shower to get it off my body. Mistake #3 - not setting your shower to cold. Prepare for even more pain if you set your shower to your normal temp like I did. I then proceeded go through half a bottle of body wash trying to scrub this hellish paste off me, which I attempted for 20 minutes before the sensation became tolerable again. By the way, as I'm sitting here writing this review post-incident about an hour after the start, I CAN STILL FEEL IT. Obviously, I will be returning this and you couldn't pay me to use it ever again, but I'm left with one question. Are the people who have positive reviews of this product gaslighting themselves into thinking the pain is worth it? Seems like a toxic relationship to me. Or I'm just a wimp after all.

burns!!! i needee to wash off but it didn't help,.don't get it anywhere other then your rump!!! BURNS!!!! I put a fan to my lower half to cool the burning after washing it off.
it does work, but...
i can definitely say that i saw improvent, but i feel like im being burnt at the stake!
The heat
Please don't put on right after a shower, wait at least a 15mins. So far my skin feels smoother & it feels like I'm doing butt swats but I'm not just walking. Only been 2 weeks so let's wait
