Light but perffectly smooth and moisturized!
This brings out my wave and moisturizes well, without weight or residue! I have thinning hair on the top but super long and wavy. This makes it smooth and shiny and the smell is amazing yet light! Condition 2x to start if dealing with dry hair!!!

I ordered $45+ worth of Paul Mitchell products SO I WOULD QUALIFY FOR THE FREE GIFT OFFER of PM Rx Treatment. When I didn't receive the gift, I contacted them. I received 2 different stories. And no, there wasn't a way to add it to my cart. I'm done with Ulta.
