at first it's great but then it's terrible
It goes on great but than an hour later it's muted, gray and dull. Its also making my skin very dry and causing break outs. They need to bring studio skin back.

I used to use the smash box studio skin foundation for like 6+ years and when I found out it was being discontinued I was CRUSHED.. I gave this foundation a try and honestly I absolutely hated it. First I couldn't even find my exact shade I was more so in between shades so that I was already bummed about. I still wanted to try it so I grabbed the lighter shade of the two and wore it everyday for a whole week and it just didn't sit on my skin well. I got extremely oily after 2-3 hours wearing it. Studio skin I BARELY got oily. It transferred to everything and just came off easily in general. Idk it just wasn't for me nothing about it worked even if I used a different primer or setting powder. I'm so bummed they discontinued studio skin😭

I havd tried pretty much every foundation out there from drugstore to high end and thus is in my top three favorites. It just looks so beautiful on the skin, covers what you need covered, and is lightweight and looks like skin. I love this foundation and i hope they never get rid of it.
Good but color is not consistent
This foundation is ok. I just don't like that I have use a setting powder in certain areas on my face because it settles in my fine lines. But my biggest issue is that I've bought this foundation 3 times now at Ulta and every single time the shade is different. It's like 1 to 2 shades lighter so now every time I go, I have to bring an old one that matches me to make sure I get one that's the correct shade.
A big fat NO
I dont know what they did with the original formula they had…but this one is not good. I used smashbox for years then switched to NARS.. didnt buy smashbox foundation for a while until recently and this new formula is just so bad!!! Like WHY SMASHBOX?! Why did you guys ruin my fav ever foundation! It exaggerates my pores so bad that im embarrassed to be seen wearing it.. after the first time i thoufht i could just ignore it but after the 3rd time wearing it i cant. Im putting it away and will be Sticking to my Nars foundation from now on!
