I have bought this smash box gel eyeliner and I have liked it but I have only been using it a couple of weeks and it's already gone. I tried twisting the bottom to get it to come out more but it's not working. Shouldn't it last longer than 2 weeks or is there a way to get more out?

How do I extend the point? It seems to have worn down after less than a week? It doesn't turn for more to come out.

- Official Answer By Smashbox USHi There! Place your index finger and thumb on either side of the pencil tip and pull down. Do this once or twice to release more pigment. Then replace the cap of the pencil to sharpen. If you continue to have challenges with this product we suggest visiting your nearest Ulta Beauty store to speak with an associate. Is this being discontinued? I agree that it is hard to sharpen. But it stays on the best of any eye liner I've tried. My eyes water a lot, and it doesn't run or give me racoon eyes. I only see two colors on line, not the full range. If it is being discontinued, can you recommend something similar in formula and staying power?

The Always On liner is the only eyeliner I will buy! It stays in all day even in hot/humid environments. It does sharpen, IF you have a good sharpener and clean it regularly. I have tried almost every high end liner and Smashbox will always win!!

Waste of money! I love how it goes on and lasts but it can not be sharpened. SMASHBOX this one is a flop. If I had used it soon after purchase, I'd return this!! Your products are usually the best! NOT THIS EYEEELINER. And Ijust lightly line over my top eye lids because I just want to add a little shape for my eyes.

I have tried many other pencil eyeliners and it always transfers to the eyelid but this one doesn't! Just wait 2 minutes and then it completely dries!!

Will not sharpen without breaking off chunks inside sharpener. Does not smoothly apply to skin. Instead it gaps then leaves thick smudges, so no smooth lines. Irritating. Bad product.
