This stuff has saved my skin

I was suffering from bad hormonal acne on my chin. I went to a dermatologist and she put me on antibiotics for three months and prescribed very agressive creams. I tried it for three months but my acne got worse. I still had the Azelaic Acid Suspension laying around and decided to give it a go, in o...

Received oxidized serum

This was my first time ordering and sadly I received an already oxidized serum which is supposed to be unoppened, most probably it's a batch that is expired as the website states unoppened products have 3 years shelf life. I will seek to return this product and hope there won't be much hassle in t...

Loved this product but my bottle was mostly air

Submitted 4 days ago

By Phoebe

I have been used this product for a little less than a week and it's been awesome. The catch - I was using it last night and a BIG air bubble came out and it's almost empty. I have used a pea sized amount twice a day for less than a week.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I have had some redness and texture on my cheek that nothing was helping. After a bit of research, I decided to give this a try. less than a week the texture has evened out, my skin doesn't feel angry, and the redness has gone down. I am very pleased with this purchase and will keep it in my rotation.

Disappointed in this product

I love most The Ordinary products but this one did not hit the spot, primarily because there is hardly anything in the tube. It also can only be put over a moisturizer, and cannot be used as a base whatsoever, including for make up because it pills and creates an unflattering appearance. If it were in it a larget tube with product filling the tube, I'd probably have given it a 4 star, but it was mostly air in the tube.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA is great for addressing hyperpigmentation on the skin, and Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 is great for hydrating. Both are great as a part of a well-aging regimen, it just depends on you and your specific skin concerns. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
