I used this shampoo twice a week for a few weeks and while I haven't noticed any hair strengthening yet, I like that it left my hair and scalp feeling clean but not overly dry. It smelled nice as well - starts out sweet and grape-y smelling and then smells more minty. I also think the packaging and color of the shampoo is super pretty. All in all, I will continue to use this and hopefully will see some longer term results!
