After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with the CeraVe Hydrating Toner and gently wipe pad over skin until completely free of dirt, oil, makeup, and impurities. Use after cleansing in the morning and evening.
Precautions: Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Wish I could return
Finally decided to give this toner a try since I love the Cerave hydrating cleanser and my usual Korean toner is much more expensive at Ulta (Some By Mi Panthenol Repair Toner), so I thought I could trust this one instead for my sensitive, rosacea prone, and fungal acne prone skin but boy was I wrong. Unfortunately, it took me too long to realize that this toner was what was causing me some sort of allergic reaction that made my skin very itchy and my eyelids puffy / inflamed even when avoiding the general eye area. It took stripping my routine down to a gentle cleanser + moisturizer for a couple of weeks to finally experience some relief. The first thing I added back in was this Cerave hydrating toner and almost instantly the itchiness and eye irritation returned - such a nightmare! Unfortunately, I used about a 1/4 of the product before I realized this was the culprit and don't think I can return it anymore but boy do I wish I could. This product is a hard NO for me in the future.

Wanted to like it. I have easy skin, doesnt take much to take care of and i do not break out. Maybe a pimple near my cycle but ive tried this twice and I broke out both times. Its a no for me

Good ingredients and hydration
I use oil or balm cleansers. They work well for removing makeup and cleaning my sensitive skin. I wanted something to remove any left over makeup and hydrate my skin as a first step-in my morning and night routines. This does exactly what I wanted. CeraVe products work well on my skin. I was going to buy an expensive toner that I've used in the past, but decided to try this. For my older skin, this does not replace moisturizer, but it takes the after-cleansing dryness away instantly. I'm very pleased and will repurchase this product when I run. out. I recommend it. It doesn't not contain any ingredients that will harm the skin.
This is the Best by Far!
Am on my second bottle of this facial toner and I've been using this toner since I graduate high school and this is my absolute favorite!
