Good value, but not exactly what I'm looking for
I got this hairdryer for travel and while it is definitely small and the cord is nice and long, it's heavier than expected. The cord especially feels heavier than the dryer itself, which is an issue when I pack it in my suitcase. The hairdryer is powerful. It has no heat settings so it does get pretty hot. There is only a lower power setting and a higher power setting. You have to hold the cool shot button to prevent heat damage, but sometimes I accidentally hit it while holding the handle. Also the cool shot button sometimes gets stuck, and even if I keep pressing the cool shot button or switch power settings, I have to turn it off and on and wait for it to turn hot again. The attachment is useless. It attaches well via a strong magnet, but the mouth is too wide and air leaks out of the sides. I had a Dyson that broke and this one sounds comparable, but the performance isn't as great. That's to be expected at this price point.
I Love this hairdryer!
This was sort of an impulse buy. I needed more for free shipping, i needed a new hairdryer and this was on sale. Wow. So far, pleasantly surprised! Very lightweight and has 3 heat settings and I believe 3 power settings. This dries my hair so fast!!…and I have very thick hair. I really just need my hair dry enough to style. I've only used it twice, so only gave it 4 stars…who knows if it will give out in a month. But for now, for the price, this was a great buy!!
