It does help prevent the frizz that develops on the underside of my hair at night, but it causes some friction-induced frizziness around my hairline. Some companies false advertise abt satin bonnets - only having the outer part which defeats the purpose of protecting ur hair. Love this bonnet but was annoyed that it took me so much trial and error to get a bonnet that fit my big head. Its not funny 😭
