Revived my curls

I have fine bleached 3C curls.I very rarely wear my hair natural because years of bleaching & straightening have damaged my curl pattern so my curls are a bit pathetic & undefined.I was excited to see this is supposed to restore damaged curl patterns.I like that this is silicone & sulfate-free.I lik...e that it contains avocado oil & shea butter.The scent is sort of citrusy & I honestly don't really care for it.Luckily it's not overpowering & I can't smell it after it's rinsed out so it would be a good option if you're sensitive to scents.I do think it's repairing my curl pattern.My roots look curlier but my ends still aren't very defined.Oddly I think my ends look straighter than usual.I'm not sure if this is possibly because I'm used to using a very heavy, hydrating shampoo, conditioner & deep conditioning mask so I'm not getting enough moisture or if the leave in just doesn't have enough hold.I do typically use a cream leave in & gel or mousse also.But to test this properly I eliminated all of my usual products & used only this system.Using only these products (shampoo, conditioner, & leave in) I did have a little more frizz especially on the smaller hairs around my face.I still liked the results using only this system but I think the results are even better if you continue to use a mousse or gel to reduce frizz & get better definition of your curls.When I added back in my mousse, my ends did curl much better so the leave in could replace my cream product but it doesn't have enough hold for me personally to use alone.I think you still need to use a mousse or gel to get better results.Though I have dry hair I didn't think this dried my hair out.I do still have some pieces of hair where I don't have as much curl but other pieces are bouncy and perfectly defined.So I do believe this works but you need to be consistent to see results.These products have really started to repair my curl pattern & I'm excited too see where it takes my curls in the upcoming months.
