A Godsend
I received these #complimentary products from @redken and @influenster in exchange for my honest feedback…. ✔️Totally worth getting the whole set for better results. My hair is loving it! This in my opinion is comparable to Olaplex, but so much better. ◾️If your looking for a good PH balanced...

Ruined my friend's hair color
I received this product free in exchange for writing a review. When I realized it's for colored hair, I gave it to a friend who recently got her hair colored by a professional at a salon. While using this shampoo. she saw the color coming out of her hair going into the bathtub. When she was finished...

This is the second time that I have purchased this shampoo
Hair Type Wavy Hair
The stylist at the Ulta salon used this shampoo on my hair and it didn't dry out my hair. I rotate two other curly type shampoos and finally needed a refill. I highly recommend this shampoo if your hair is slightly curly or wavy.
Meh
Hair Type Wavy Hair
Does not help with damaged hair and definitely not worth the price at all. My hair is colored, damaged and frizzy, mostly due to medical reasons, this product does make my hair feel soft but does nothing to the appearance. It's still frizzy and it hasn't had an effect on the quality of my hair. I have been using the shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner for almost a year now and there has been no noticeable difference in the quality of my hair. I continued to buy it because just a one bottle trial wouldn't usually show noticeable changes, I figured 6-9 months there would have been a noticeable change/difference. I am on the last bit of product now and will be switching back to my previous shampoos and conditioners.
Great, in combination with the conditioner
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I don't like the orange smell, and it does OK with detangling, but I do love that it really gets my hair clean. I can feel my hair squeaking as I detangle it. (In a good way) After about 3 washes with this, and in conjunction with using the conditioner, my hair feels so much more moisturized. I can feel it in the quality of the strands. I have to say no other products have made my hair feel this healthy.

The bottle sucks!
Hair Type Wavy Hair
These bottles do not hold their form after two uses. It makes them hard to squeeze if you have arthritis in your hands. They do not refill easily for this reason. The product, I actually love but I'll be moving on to something packaged better.

Amazing product for damaged hair
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I am going through process of going grey & had to bleach out the dye twice which fried my hair. I tried all sorts of high end products but nothing worked until I tried Redken Acidic Bonding products and WOW my hair is back to being manageable and soft. I highly recommend this product for damaged hair rescue!

How does this compare to protein shampoos?
- Asked by ML
- Official Answer By Redken - BEHi there! It is a great question! While both are designed to strengthen your hair, they actually work in two very different ways. Think of traditional protein shampoos like a temporary band-aid. When your hair is damaged, it loses its natural proteins, leaving tiny "gaps" in the outer surface. Protein shampoos work by filling in those gaps to make the hair feel stronger. However, if you use them too much, the protein can build up and actually make your hair feel stiff or dry. Our Acidic Bonding Concentrate (ABC) Shampoo goes a step deeper: It rebuilds from the inside out: Instead of just coating the surface, it uses an acidic bonding complex that penetrates deep inside the hair to rebuild weakened molecular bonds. It balances your pH: Hair loves acidity! ABC brings your hair back to its natural, healthy pH level. This seals your hair cuticle flat, which instantly locks in moisture, blocks color fade, and leaves your hair incredibly soft and shiny. No risk of "stiffness": Unlike protein, you can use ABC every single wash. It gives you the perfect balance of intense strength and luxurious softness without any heavy buildup. The short story: If your hair feels weak, dry, or color-damaged, ABC won't just patch up the damage—it will actually rebuild and rebalance your hair, leaving it 56% stronger and 11x smoother! Was this answer helpful to you

- Q
Is this shampoo and conditioner line gluten free?
- Asked by Lisa
- Official Answer By Redken - BEMost ingredients derived from grain sources are highly refined and retain no traces of gluten proteins. For less refined ingredients from natural sources, Redken has established strict limits on the level of potentially allergenic proteins. Since individuals exhibit a wide range of sensitivities to these proteins, if you have any questions or concerns you should discuss with your medical care provider. All the ingredients we use in a product are listed on the package or the label of the product itself. For products too small to accommodate the list, a separate ingredient list is available on the display unit in the store for your convenience. Since some ingredients are known by more than one name, we use the standard industry FDA-recognized names. A review of the ingredients that are listed on all of our products or packages will alert you to the presence of this type of ingredient. Was this answer helpful to you
