Apply a quarter-sized amount to wet hair, lather and rinse. Increase amount based on hair type. Follow with Acidic Bonding Concentrate Conditioner and Acidic Bonding Leave-In-Treatment.

Great Shampoo
I've been using this shampoo for about 6 months, and while I'm not a fan of the conditioner, I love the shampoo. I make sure to double cleanse my hair: wet entire head and go in with the first rinse with shampoo, rinse out, and go back in with another lather of shampoo (the second time gets better lather) — make sure to thouroughly go through the scalp. I then use a mask to make sure my hair is nice and soft (I don't like the conditioner, does nothing for my hair). The scent of the shampoo is pleasant and I feel like I have a happy and healthy scalp!! No buildup. I have pretty long hair, about 3 inches from my hips (I'm 5'7). It's quite dense but my hairdresser says I have thin strands. Shampoo is great, the matching conditioner, pass on it.

This shampoo will remove your toner if you have blonde-toned hair. It is a very good shampoo and definitely makes your hair feel much healthier and softer, but it will 100% remove your toner. I only used it 2 times, and my toner was washed out.
