Not for me
I am halfway through the bottle of the Shampoo and Conditioner, my hair is shedding more than normal and I don´t notice any improvement.
Best Repair Shampoo
I have tried many in attempts to repair my damaged bleached hair however this has proved to work since the first try.
Good for repairing
This (acidic bonding) is a solid line for repairing, but can weigh hair down if used too often. My first two uses gave me amazing soft hair, but it started making my hair appear straw like after a few washes, especially the ends. I researched and figured it was the buildup from this line of products. I dont use heat.
I would buy this product again and again
When I was first transitioning from dyed to gray back in 2020, the most fabulous consultant from Ulta recommended this product and said "it's REDKEN honey!" And that quote says it all. I've tried many other shampoos and conditioners but none hold a candle to this Line of Redken.
Life Saver
I am unfortunately a victim of a hairdresser over processing my hair. I was recommended three different lines to help nurture my hair back to life: Olaplex, Redkin, Matrix. I had a severe allergic reaction and rash from the olaplex line and I am allergic to the Matrix formula, so I decided to give Redkin a shot. Oh my word it has absolutely saved my hair. Yes, it is NOT moisturizing, but that's not its job. Its job is to rebuild the protein structure of your hair. I use the shampoo + conditioner along with the Amika NormCore conditioner (for moisture) and my curls have been perfectly satisfied. My hair is so shiny and bright after using the Redkin Acidic bond line for less than two weeks. Very limited breakage, which is saying something given how damaged my poor hair is now. Yes it is expensive, but it's worth the investment so I don't go bald or have to cut off my hair from being over processed. 100/10 recommend.
