Apply a quarter-sized amount to wet hair, lather and rinse. Increase amount based on hair type. Follow with Acidic Bonding Concentrate Conditioner and Acidic Bonding Leave-In-Treatment.

Good, but not the best for thin hair
I really like this shampoo, but it's not the most thin-hair friendly. I would recommend using a clarifying shampoo every few days with this one if you have thin hair as it does cause it to look greasy after a couple days!
