This is my tried and true
I've been using this leave since it hit the market. I stray sometimes and try other leave ins but I always have this in my cabinet, and eventually just go back to it because it's that good. It never fails. There's nothing special about the ingredients as far as I can tell, except for the acids, but for my dry, mature, thick-ish but very fine and prone to frizz hair (with a LOT of gray) it never fails to make my hair, soft and smooth. I can use it alone and if i leave it in a bun for the day, i have shiny waves. I live in the Mojave desert now though, so it doesn't moisturize quite enough and I usually use virtue hair oil immediately after this while my hair is still wet and it air dries supple, shiny and smooth (i also use a hydrating silicone free conditioner in the shower after shampooing with Bumble and Bumble (which i find o**rpric#d and wont buy again). I hope this has helped some of you with dry hair. Also in the past two years, I've been growing out my gray hair and my hair has grown to my waist on this protocol (plus no hair dye) through no other changes. Today I cut off 6 inches and it's still at mid back. I actually hate long hair on me so I will be cutting it again. For the past two years I've just kept it up in a ponytail or bun. But NO MORE :-) I also bought the overtone conditioner in Sterling something and I'm about to buy the xmondo in his gray color. Time to shine!!!
Fantastic product
My 18-year-old daughter uses this on her hair and she absolutely loves it. Is it a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Trust me you won't be disappointed. Give it a try.
