Safe for dermatitis
I've been on the hunt for cleansers that are safe for my increasingly sensitive skin, and this has been great, so far. It hasn't bothered my perifacial dermatitis, at all. It also does the job of actually getting my skin clean. I also love how hydrating it is while being oil free. My only caveat is ...

gave me horrible acne.. worst cleanser ever
i've had this cleanser for about 2 months now, and at first when i starting using it, my skin started growing acne on my forehead and cheeks. i thought it was just hormonal acne or that i was just purging from using a new product. i kept using it and my skin would just get WORSE. a new pimple would grow on my face every day, and it would be so painful. i've never had such horrible acne until i used this product. i continuously used it for a month and the only results i got was red, large acne and pimples. i stopped using it and switched to a different cleanser, and my skin healed and cleared all its redness and bumps thanks to switching to something different. but i recently ran out of the cleanser and had to switch back to this for the moment. and not such a surprise, but my acne is back again and i currently have this huge pimple on my forehead that is literally so painful to touch. going to ulta to restock on the cleanser that healed my skin asap. (its the snail rescue purifying cleanser by peach slices. i love it so much!!)
Very good cleanser
This leaves my face clean and super soft. Nice creamy lather and it doesnt irritate my sensitive skin (recently started back on tret). cr Knocked it down one star because it has an odd (medicinal?) smell to me at first. That smell fades as I lather and doesn't stay on my skin at least.
Good
This product is amazing for everybody, sensitive skin, acne, prone skin, even kid can use this.
Horrible!!
I used this product for a good month and a half and was loving it. I had clear skin when all of a sudden on the 6th week of use my face broke out SOO BAD, red hives all over my face, irritation and swelling. I honestly thought it was an allergic reaction to something i had eaten, until the next morning i washed my face and the same thing happened. Ive discontinued using this cleanser and my face is much happier. Took about a week to fully heal.
Caused cystic acne
This wrecked havoc on my skin. I normally don't break out but I immediately started having issues with random cystic acne popping up once I started using this. It was painful and took weeks to heal. I've discontinued using this and have thrown it out.
