The liner tip is really nice for doing thin and thick lines. I tested it out on my hand, no reaction. I put it on my eye, it was dark and pigmented. About 8-10 hours later it had barely moved! Great for the price
This eyeliner surprised me! It is highly pigmented and stayed all day. I have very oily skin and only had slight smudging under my eyes on a 80 degree day so I call that a win. My only gripe is I wish it came in brown and gray as well, I don't always want to wear black.

Product name is deceiving
Yeahhh, so, for a product with this name I'd expect it to at least stay on and hold for a few hours. This does not — even just in an office setting with no heat, humidity, or other possible outside elements. Even if you apply a primer or setting spray, it doesn't help. Very frustrating to apply it correctly and then see it's not holding - and has deviated from where you applied it.
