Does the Job
This flat iron is super convenient for styling my short hair—it's small, thin, and heats fast. And I love the little slider that locks the plates together. It gets the job done, but I wish the heat settings were more customizable since it only has low, medium, and high (320°, 360°, 400°), and I prefer something in between like 375. Also kind of annoying that it doesn't come with a travel pouch. Still, it's a good tool overall and does what I need it to do.
So Very Pleased
I have an older, basic version with only one temperature and it still works perfectly. Have owned it for probably 10 years but wanted the option with varied heat settings, plus the automatic shutoff. The size and dual voltage make it great for European travel. Thus far, so very pleased. As an aside, the description says it comes with a Velcro strap for cord management but it does not.
