Q
Can i used this serum once week at night with rosemary hair oil too or should the serum be used alone.
Asked by fawn
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to comment on the pairing of our products with those of other brands. We recommend consulting with your doctor/dermatologist, gradually incorporating one new product into your regimen at a time, and applying test patches first to see what works best for your skin. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Will this make my hair greasy? Do I apply it everyday?
Asked by jadyn c
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there, the formula is quite lightweight and shouldn't leave your hair feeling greasy. We'd recommend massaging a few drops thoroughly into a clean, dry scalp once daily, ideally at bedtime. Was this answer helpful to you

Q
How does it make the hair look thicker/fuller
Asked by Bos
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
The multi-peptide hair serum is a combination of a number of peptides that work by visibly strengthening, normalizing the scalp, and strengthening the hair follicle through various pathways. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
is this a hydrating serum?
Asked by Maria
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there, this will have a slight hydrating effect as it's a water-based serum but the main target is scalp support for thicker, denser, fuller-looking hair. If you'd like something a bit more nourishing to the scalp, you may wish to explore our Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA for Scalp. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

Not just baby hairs - it works!!

This review is long overdue but given the rate of natural hair growth I wanted to ensure it wasn't just fuzz, baby hairs, or wishful thinking. As you can see I also have some psoriasis on my scalp before I began and still. This product had no affect, neither positive or negative, on the psoriasis ...

This product is in large part marketed on the fact that it contains REDENSYL. There's some clinical evidence that REDENSYL promotes hair growth. Been using this serum since Dec 2025 & the biggest difference I'm seeing is that it has decreased hair fall out by almost half! Haven't noticed baby hairs but my hair is growing length wise! Also use it with the Abbey Yung method & my hair loves it

I have natural type 4 hair. I have been battling with traction alopecia for about 10 years. And my hairline is filling in very nicely. I'm so pleased. My advice is to stop the high tension hairstyles ASAP. Use this on your edges. Keep your scalp clean have a good routine and massage your scalp as much as possible. Take your vitamins drink your water and have a good diet.

Hair broke off after getting braids. Been using these drops on average 4 times per week (mainly because I forget to use everyday). These results are within 3 months and I still have about 1/4 of the bottle left.
