Most Helpful Positive Review Sturdy Eye Primer
I Purchased this Eyeshadow Primer as soon as Anastasia Beverly Hills Launched it. I\ve Tried MANY Eyeshadow Primers and I don\t have Great Luck with them mainly for the Reason being I don\t like my Eyeshadow Primer to be like a Foundation number one and I don\t like a lot of color Pigment in my Eyeshadow Primer I also don\t like an Eyeshadow Primer that is going to Dry the Second it hits my Eyelid either. Well I was in for a Surprise this Primer wasn\t Any of those things I just mentioned. The Only Reason I didn\t give it a FULL STAR Review is because it is a bit Liquidy so you do have to use this VERY VERY Sparingly and Really Blend it into your Lids which it Blends Beautifully and you do have a little time before it completely dries to do that. Also you don\t have to Powder this because it will dry down to a Powder on your lids it won\t be Tacky. Also love the Universal Shade its Almost like an Eggshell Color Not sure if this will work well with someone who is Darker Skintone but for Lighter Skintone to Medium its Perfect.
Most Helpful Critical Review Lightweight and pigmented eye primer
When it comes to eye primer I am trying to conceal all the veins and darkness in my eyelids and this one checks that mark it is so pigmented even though is not a thick consistency feels more like a lightweight concealer. I did not have any issues blending on top of it dried pretty quick not tacky at all and staying power was good but my opinion on this might not have any weight I have dry eyelids and I do not have issues with eyeshadow not staying on my eyelids. I have only tried it with ABH eyeshadows and as far as improving pigmentation it did not do that and it did prevent the massive fallout from some shades from the norvina pro pigment palettes. I received this product for testing purposes from Influenster in exchange of my honest review.

This is the best eye primer I've ever used. It makes my eyeshadow pop and it does not crease, which is very impressive because I have extremely oily eyelids. I think a lot of people have problems with this primer because a little goes a long way, so most put too much on. I put the tiniest dab on the back of my hand, blend it out on my lid, and add more if I need to. I've tried so many eye primers over the years and even the Urban Decay primer potion didn't work for me, but this one beats them all.

I have used a lot of eyeshadow primers that claim, "won't crease," but this one sticks to its word! My eyeshadow lasted hours, without fading or creasing. Only downside, it smells a little funky, like children's makeup.
Would recommend for dryer skin and lighter skin

Creased on me sadly maybe I need to set it and bake but it didn't last on my oily lids.
Really white cast even on fair skin

I got a sample of this in a beautylish order and I am not a fan. this dries to a very white shade that is obvious when it dries. also feels oily like its not completely set. I prefer my morphe eyelid primer to this.
What a Bummer
Kristen from Vancouver, WA
I was excited to use a new eyeshadow primer since UD Primer Potion has been my one and only for as long as I can remember. I like ABH products and thought this mini would be perfect. A little goes a long way, which is nice but... man! It is WHITE! I'm very fair and this is like clown makeup. But worse than that, the formula is not for me. it dries almost instantly and crumbles up on my lid. It makes me look old and doesn't even go on smooth. ALSO... I used it with matte eyeshadow today and it looked TERRIBLE after 8hrs. Oily lids and creased terribly. The shadow wouldn't even go on evenly. So disappointed. I wish I had the experience of the 5 star reviews, but I definitely didn't get what they got.
Catered towards very fair skin tones

This product has cute packaging and comes in a little squeeze tube. You can make it go a long way. Gets tacky and holds shadow well but it looks odd without having a fair skin tone. The product is very light. Not recommended if you are doing a natural look and have skin darker than Chai tea. I am not very dark at all. I am considered white latina and yet this product is too light for my caramel skin tone.

I love love love ABH products but this eye primer was a huge disappointment. First off, it applies very pale so if you're skin tone is anything other than pale, the primer will show on all other areas that it got on and you'd have to apply your foundation over it to blend in. It applies extremely patchy and looks chalky. It makes my eye shadow appear chalky and also makes it hard to blend. I tried applying with a brush, a make up sponge, my fingers, all sorts of ways with still the same cheap results. I also kept using it multiple times and I hated it every single time. I love ABH and I'm sorry but this product from them is just not it. I'm sticking to Urban Decay or Too Faced eye primer.
not for dry eyelids
linds from Montana
I really wanted to love this, it made my shadows pop and not crease but unfortunately it caused my eyelid to crack flake, since it was the only new item in my routine I know it was the culprit.
Eye primer purchase

I have never used eye primer so I decided to give this a try. A very little bit is all you need, I apply it on the tip of a makeup brush. I do like it although I don't use it every day.

I tried so many but they all stay tacky, which makes it hard to blend and the pigmented shadows get patchy. Not with this one!! It dries out matt and makes the colors pop without being too white.
ABH Eyeshadow Primer

I love the ABH eyeshadow primer. It smoothes out the texture of lids on a mature woman of 70 plus years. It works beautifully and a little goes a long way.
Tinted and Drying
Phuong from Seattle, WA
Wanted to like it but couldn't really. The tint is super fair, so if you are anything darker than porcelain the primer makes you all white. It also dries up quickly and makes my lids heavy. With eyeshadow it just weighs down my lids. Although the product is long lasting, I wouldn't repurchase.
Liz from MI
This primer may have kept me crease-free for two hours. So if it doesn't do the job, why waste your money.
I found my new holy grail eyeshadow primer!
Veta from Kentucky
I just can't say enough good things about the Anastasia Eye Primer. Right from the start, it has the perfect color and consistency with a super soft finish. It's not the least bit cakey and a little goes a long way. The best part is that it doesn't irritate my super-sensitive eyes. I never thought I'd replace the MAC Paint Pot as my primary eyeshadow primer but this honestly works better for me. FIVE STARS!!!
Misty Young from Lakewood
Your eyeshadow will pop with color when using this primer. It definitely makes a difference.
A+ Price Point
Kate by the Ocean from LI, NY
For the price and the amount you need, 5 stars. I was looking for an eyeshadow base that would neutralize my eyelids without having to buy a concealer and this was great. Awesome price, and you really do not need a lot at ALL!! Has a good amount of slip, blends easily. I wasn't asking for much, I'm glad I found this.
I definitely recommend the Anastasia Eye Primer
Holly H from Conway, AR
I had never used eye primer until I went to an Anastasia event at my local store. It makes eye shadow go on so much better! Love this product!
Chelle from Denver
This is the only primer I trust now! It doesnt crease or crack and it really makes your shadows pop. A little goes a LONG way and this small tube will last a good while.
Kimmy from Wentzville, Mo
I see saw a crease in my eyeshadow. I may not purchase again.
I can't do half stars but know this is a solid 3.5
RPVrando from Rancho Palos Verdes, CA
I lost the cap down the drain like a long time ago so rip. Fun fact: DUO eyelash glue caps fit on this packaging. The more you know. It's not a white. It's definitely what the industry would call "fair" but not "porcelain." Tip: if you accidentally get this in your eyebrows it won't come off easy. Be wary of your placement. AND it's super thin and liquid-y as well as pigmented so you should watch your placement anyway. Doesn't help with creasing, but it does help to make colors pop more.
Jessica from North Carolina
I absolutely love this, you only need a very small amount so it will last forever, it cancels out my veins so I don't have to use a concealer plus an eyeshadow primer, my eyeshadow goes on much more pigmented and was so easy to blend, and my eyeshadow didn't crease all day even after 10 hours. I definitely recommend it.
Not for oily lids
Andie from Oregon
Did not help my eyeshadow hold up. Became super creasy and greasy throughout the day. May work for others, but would not recommend for an oily lid.
I would not buy product
Britney L from Tampa, FL
Do not buy this product. It does not work well with oily eyelids. It slides right off and it is so messy. Even if you use a drop it gets all over your eye area. Get something else
Sheyhaha from Oklahoma
This primer is incredible!! by far the best to use for the eyes, let's things blend nicely, isn't sticky, or to much coverage, just wish there was a bigger size!!
One of my favs!!

A little goes a long way but def does the job! Highly recommend.
