Use a brush or finger to add product onto desired area. With a pressing motion add glitter onto primer. Let set and sparkle the night away!

LITERALLY THE BEST PRIMER
I wear very colorful, vivid eyeshadow specifically for long periods of time. I have deep hooded eyes as well and constantly squint, making eyeshadow always disappear. THIS PRIMER IS EXCELLENT. The longest I've gone is 15hrs and it looks THE EXACT SAME.
Nozzle breaks after a few uses
I've been using this product for 8+ years and have purchased this multiple times and never had i had this issue of nozzle breaking after a few uses. Until recently when I purchased one a few months ago. Seems to be a common problem based on the other reviews. Until they fix this issue unfortunately I will be using another brand.

Eye makeup stays put
I have oily eyelids and even with other primers, my eyeshadow falls into the creases or disappears by noon. So I have been looking for a product that will not only keep the shadow in its place, but last a full work day. This stuff really works! It is very sticky/tacky, but once I put eye shadow on, that tacky feeling went away. My eye shadow (that includes glitter) stayed on all day. There was a tiny amount of creasing but way less than any other product. This is a staple in my make routine.
Oldie but goodie
This is really the only glitter glue you'll ever need. It works great with pressed glitters, metallics, shimmers, and iridescents of any kind. Dries down clear, doesn't feel like much.
