Most Helpful Positive Review I wish would be a curved brush or rounded brush I don't know how to feel about this brush ! ... it does straighten the hair, that's for sure ! but it's not very good at performing when it comes to hair ends .. my ends will not loot look soft or sleek like a round brush and a blow dryer would leave them ! The rest of the hair will be straight and good but I have a real problem with the ends , other than that it's good !
I wish ghd will work on a curved bent outwards or plain round hot brush !!!! Wouldn't that be amazing !????
Most Helpful Critical Review Hot Brush This brush/iron is not made for shorter hair - it is way too big to be able to use with hair < 3" long.

I have long wavy/curly hair and this hot brush quickly gives it a natural straight look and tames my frizz. Because it works so quickly and it's not hot on both sides like a flat iron, it seems a lot less damaging than my flat iron, too. Once I wash and air dry my hair, this hot brush can get me looking good in 10-15 minutes. It even gets rid of the weird wave I have along the top of the back of my head. Love it! I use this for 1st day hair and then use my Revlon volumizer on my second and third day hair to get some lift at the crown.
This hot brush seems solid and the one temperature is perfect for my unruly hair. I love it!

This hot brush is the real MVP. It tames/eliminates all the frizz I've struggled with for so long, keeps hair looking shiny and fresh for days and is so simple to use. Haven't pulled out my flat iron since I purchased this lifesaver!!!

It was a tossup between two different combs, I'm glad one of the hairdressers helped me pick the right one for me
Great quality, bad results 2

I really like GHD, is a good brand but honestly this product is overrated. the product quality is good, but the result is not satisfactory. I wasted my money

BEST TOOL EVER!! I have very dry curly blonde hair. My really expensive straightener fries my ends even if I keep the temperature down. This tool is a game changer. My hair came out shiny, smooth and looked like I just got my hair done. You do need to blow dry first but this cut my time down 20 minutes from my usual blow dry and straightener method. Highly recommend!

Hair catches so it pulls strands out. Doesn't work great
Great! You just have to know how to use it 5

I have very thick and coarse wavy hair and my hair naturally has a lot of volume and body. I always hated how my straightener made my hair lose volume and my hair stylist introduced me to this. I turn the brush face up towards the ceiling and brush individual strands underneath my hair rather than brushing like a normal brush and that's how I achieve smooth shiny hair with body and volume in half the time of a normal flat iron. I still need to use a flat iron for some small pieces around my ears if I want it super straight but nevertheless it's a great investment!

Heats crazy fast and is super easy to use plus it feels good to use. This product straightened and smoothed my hair so fast! My hair looked liked a salon blowout after, perfect for second day hair, and people on the go. I'm in love I highly recommend!
Meh.. frizzy results 2

Bought this hoping to smooth out my curls with a few passes, however, This was like blowing drying my hair with a paddle brush. Even though it felt smooth, my hair was left fluffy and frizzy. For the amount of work it takes to get a sleek result, you might as well just use your flat iron on a lower setting with a comb or brush. I ended up having to use a blow dryer and small round brush to smooth out my hairline which defeated the purpose of buying this tool. If you have curly hair.. you would be better off buying a quality flat iron instead.
Best for long hair 5

Love GHD tools. Not keen on their hair care but I've found the price tag is worth the investment; I no longer replace my tools as often as I did since trying my first GHD flat iron over 10 years ago...and still have...before upgrading to the platinum version 6 years ago...and both flat irons are still going strong. So it's only natural for me to consider this item...but I may have been premature in my purchase.
First this thing heats up much slower than the flat iron I use. I'm not used to waiting more than 60 seconds. But okay... I work from home so I'm not in a hurry. Second, it's heavier than I realized it would be. It's balanced appropriately so no issue with grip or actual maneuverability. Just not used to it. Third, it's hot and I find myself burning my hand on the side of the brush without realizing it prior. All of these things though work themselves out in time so it's fine.
Super easy to use I guess...once you figure out how to do so. The instruction booklet isn't helpful & even with my readers on, the small print was hard to see. No tips on saw on how to use it so I spent time trying different things. There's more to it than just brushing your hair with it. But once I figured it out my hair straightens easily & quickly and my hair is left full of body & movement....which I don't get from my flat iron.
So why do I think this purchase was premature? I have level 10 asian hair that dries super frizzy & is shoulder length with layers. The length...this thing does fine with but not so much the layers which hit at my earlobes. I have the hardest time with these layers but eventually it works out. Hair length should be considered when using. The longer the hair the better.
One thing I noticed is getting the back of my head is much easier to do and that was a surprise. The time it takes me to actually DO my hair is less with this than my platinum flat iron & that was a nice surprise as well. Even with my current short layer struggle.

I have thick, fine, curly, frizzy, color treated hair.... The ghd glide straightened my hair about 25 minutes faster than my ghd classic styler straightener. The brush is a little heavy and pricey, I used an ulta 20% off coupon and my accumulated reward points and got it at a decent price...
Amazing!! 5

I'm not one to leave reviews but I've gone through many straightening brushes and this is the best one by far! I am so amazed by how fast and amazing the results are. I have thick wavy hair and this takes me no more than 10 minutes to get straight and smooth hair. I feel like buying a back up just in case ghd ever stops making this! Amazing product!

I have the GHD flat iron BEST ever--and I have them all, including the most expensive other brand, and the GHD hair products--styling spray and heat protector are also top notch. This is great when you want to tame 'bed head' unruly, 2nd day dry hair.I have another brand of this same type styler, but nothing else can compare. I have unruly, colored and low-lighted hair, with a lot of wiry grays under the color, and frizz, but this helps tame them. Highly recommend. You will not be sorry you purchased this! If it can tame my hair, it can do wonders for yours!
Glad I bought it 😀 5

I bought this as an alternative to my hair straightener because it was leaving my hair to flat. This straightens my hair without taking out the volume. It doesn't straighten my baby hairs but it's ok because they are left "unfrizzy". I like this much better for everyday use and it's also much faster to use then a straightener. It only has one heat setting though so not sure how well it works on thicker hair.
I am NOT disappointed 5

So easy to use, fast and easy! I love this product!!
Its okay! 4
Rose from Canoga Park
I wasn't sure if i wanted to pay so much for a brush but i can honestly say its okay. Its very heavy so eventually your wrist gets tired and sore. It does a good job making your hair shiny but you still have to use a flat iron. Its not great for thick course hair.
Fine hot brush - 3.5/5 3
ER from MN
I've been using this item for a year or more and my hair always looks amazing after a round of hot brushing. It's a little on the heavy side which is great for heat retention and evenness, but not so great when I find I'm rebrushing the same areas over to really smooth them.
My biggest complaint and why I only truly give this 3.5/5 stars is there is zero way to control how hot this brush gets. Or to know how hot it actually is. I have fine hair but a lot of it and it is naturally curly, wavy and straight, so a single temperature isn't ideal for all of those types.
Another fabulous GHD product!!! 5

Five stars for this baby! I've had a GHD straightener for years, and decided it was time for a hot brush. I have no words. This is absolutely amazing. Like another reviewer stated, I too have a lot of super fine, uncontrollable, 2b/c wavy hair, and this is an absolute must for second-day hair.
Wow! 5

I just used this for the first time and I'm so impressed. I have wavy, frizzy, but fairly fine hair and I have a hard time getting it straight even with drying with a round brush, it always looks frizzy. It took me about 90 seconds with this brush and my hair is silky straight which I've never been able to achieve. Well worth the money.

I have only used this once but I was blown away. I have coarse, thick, platinum dyed hair and I use a curling iron 90% of the time. My hair was dirty, (maybe day 3-4) and I workout so I often use dry shampoo. I used this hot brush just to see how it would work and I was amazed how well it straightened my dirty, wavy hair! I can only imagine how it will work on clean or dirty hair day 1. It is expensive but well worth it.

This is the best hot brush I've ever owned. I have 3a/b hair and if you have my hair type it's perfect super easy to use and it works so fast. It doesn't even leave your hair feeling crispy like some flat irons do. Highly recommend!
Super Curly 5
Zee from Detroit
I have super curly hair, like stupid curly/frizzy crazy hair and I swear to God I was able to straighten my whole head in less than 10 minutes with this brush. I find it faster to brush straight the whole head then go over the roots with the flat iron (my curls stick to my head).
