This does a great job in removing eye makeup, while being gentle to your eyes. Feels very cool and soothing.
Also, I use Baby Wipes to remove the rest of my makeup. By pouring some of L'Oreal's eye makeup remover into the box of baby wipes, it adds a lot more cleaning power, and is a very refreshing way to remove makeup. Feels great!
This supposed "eye makeup remover" is nothing but a smelly substance that wets the face. It doesn't remove even the slightest bit of makeup any better than water on a wash cloth. I'm disgusted that I wasted the money on it.

I have never had a problem with an eye make up remover and normally buy the generic brand at the grocery store. I was surprised at how instantly painful this product was to my eye and the area surrounding my eyes. Even after washing it off with cool water it still burned and continues to burn an hour later. I am not allergic to any of the ingredients and do not have sensitive eyes. On top of that I still feel like I have some mascara remaining and my eyelashes feel dry and coarse.

Not happy with this product at all.

I've been using this for so many years I no longer know how many. 10+ for sure. For the price, I have never found a product that is as effective at removing eye makeup as this. I love it. When I've had free samples of others, they don't compare. Sometimes the samples are even much more expensive removers. I will always keep buying this.

This is the only makeup remover that I can get for my daughter. She has very sensitive skin where some of the more expensive brands has turned her face / eyes beat red with just one use. She use to use baby shampoo then a friend of hers said to try this and it is truly the only one that she can use. And it's lower in prine then ever other we have tried.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I've used so many L'Oreal products and this is by far the worst. Doesn't really remove eye makeup as well as it should and it burns my eyes so bad. I very rarely return any cosmetics, but this is going back. Total fail.

Been using this for years. Very effective in removing all types of makeup, especially eye make up that's hard to remove such as mascara and eye liner.

Harsh and does not work well. Disappointed.

Super disappointed in this product! The ingredients had me optimistic but definitely aren't formulated well. The smell is light, the liquid isn't greasy but it doesn't deliver. This product doesn't remove even the lightest amount of eye makeup let alone any amount of mascara!

Lives this product!

I used the whole bottle of this to make sure it wasn't just a day to day thing (some days my eyes are really dry while other days they aren't) and it burned my eyes every time. The wipes do the same thing.

This product is trash. it removes so little that in order to remove even the slightest of makeup, you have to rub your eye to the point of irritation.
