So, this is the second moisturizer from the Daywear Line that i have tried. The first one i am absolutely in love with, but i need something just a little heavier for winter when my skin is very dry. I had hopes this would be the answer. I do really like this one, but it's not quite as good as the other i have been using. I would really like to try a matte version of this one, as i think it would be perfect. As is, even though it's labeled daywear, im using it at nighttime and that is working out very well for me. Using it during the day, after a few hours my face seems a little oily but thats not happening when i use it at night. So I'll continue using it as a night moisturizer and continue searching for the perfect one to use for the winter. That said, i had my husband try it, as his skin is very dry and it does amazingly well for his skin. So keep that in mind, it's more for a dry to normal…. I love the jar it comes in, love the scent of the product and love the way it feels when applying it. My husband is really liking it, and I'll try it again when it's even colder/drier outside. Great moisturizer, not perfect for my skin type

This moisturizer is an oldie and a goody for sure. As an esthetician, I can look at a product list and understand what the ingredients are and what they do. I've seen comments about dimethicone being so high on the list, but it is important to understand that though it isn't considered a "clean ingredient" it acts as a skin protectant. The pros: Scent is nice and not very over powering. Texture soaks in well and wears well under makeup. Good actives in the ingredient list The light green color is great for camouflaging redness, i wasn't expecting it to work so well for this. Cons: Unfortunately my skin is very dry, and this isn't the perfect product for my skin type. For normal to combination, in my professional opinion, this is an amazing moisturizer. My husband is a lot oilier (as men are due to different skin PH levels) And it has worked wonders for his skin. We can even both see changes in his skin, such as moisture level, and reduction in pore size and redness after about two weeks of use. I can also tell as an esti, that his skin barrier is healthier and stronger. I received this product for free from Estee Lauder for testing and review purposes. These are my honest feelings on the product.

I used this product for during the day to use the benefits of the SPF 15. It does go on thick. It does have a light scent, but not of a regular SPF. I personally enjoyed the scent. It did moisturize my face. I do have a combination skin slightly. This moisturizing cream did not make me break out at all or cause any irritation to my skin. This is a great every day where product.
