I loved this Bumble & Bumble Heat Shield Thermal Protection Hair Mist. I have long, thick, wavy, color treated hair that gets really frizzy when I use a blow dryer. This spray really helped control the frizz! I also worry about using heat on my hair because I dye it red and the red tends to fade really quickly if I use heat on it. I found this spray to really protect my hair and keep the color vibrant. I would definitely recommend this spray! I have been using this product when straightening my hair and I really like it! My hair feels soft and silky whenever I use it. I love the smell of this product and that it doesn't saturate my hair to the point my straightener is steaming. I have some wild hair in my opinion so straightening has become a part of my routine and I appreciate that this helps my hair continue to feel healthy despite me frying it between the straightener plates. My only complaint is that when I spray it the sprayer feels like it may be a little leaky. Not leaky enough to make it unusable but its definitely noticeable. I used this product when I straightened my sorta thin hair. I really liked it! It smelled great, wasn't sticky or too watery, and it dried pretty quickly when I sprayed it before using my straightener. Hair felt silky after using my straightener. I have very porous hair that breaks easily, so I try not to wash or heat style it too often. Because of that, I'm really picky about the products I use when I do style and the B&B heat shield has been such a great find! I have been using Aveda's thermal protectant for years and decided to put the B&B protectant to test. The first time I used it I put B&B on one side of my head & Aveda on the other. The B&B side seemed to take less time to straighten & smooth with my shark. I have been using it for about a month now and my hair actually looks less porous. It not only protects my hair from heat but also coats it in a way that smooths frizz and adds a nice shine. My hair tends to look dry, but this makes it look more polished without feeling heavy or greasy. It's one of those products that actually improves how my hair looks while still doing the job of protecting it. I don't feel so guilty now when I'm using my flat iron and curling iron. So happy I tried this product and will definitely keep stocking up

I used the heat protector spray in the morning on my dry hair, waited a minute for it to dry and straightened my hair. It works well and has a nice smell to it. I did notice sometimes that my hair would feel a little stiff after, maybe from too much product applied in one spot.
