This is the perfect scrub to use daily. Gets the job done but is not too abrasive by any means. I use in the shower each day and it makes my skin feel very clear and clean.

Though I didn't purchase this product at Ulta, I received it as a gift from a friend last year. This was one of the products in her Clinique make-up glam bag she gave me. This 7 days scrub is essential to add and use to your skincare routine in the morning and also at night. It also doesn't irritate your skin or have an awful scent. Your skin would feel smooth on your face and offer a healthy shiny glow. It works great to scrub it off with a cotton pad to wipe away dry skin, make-up, oils, and dirt from your face. Get ready to get your shine on.

What does 7-day refer to? Should it be used every seven days? Can it be used 7-days a week? The directions on tube do not reference 7 days. Its kind of confusing.

Massage the exfoliating cream over skin that's dry and makeup-free to polish and refine the skin's texture. Start with 2-3 times a week in your routine. If you'd like to build up to more frequent use, add a day each week until you get to 7. Once a product is opened and used, its integrity can be affected by such things as exposure to environmental conditions or from contact with the user’s skin.
