I would say it is pretty beginner friendly also! the only flaws that I found with it was that it left a weird feeling once it dried down, and I don't know if it had too much product coming out it or what... it smudged really easily, and did not stay on for nearly as long as it claimed. if I teared up or rubbed my eyes the liner was looking very muddy and came off pretty easy

Great for the price
This eyeliner surprised me! It is highly pigmented and stayed all day. I have very oily skin and only had slight smudging under my eyes on a 80 degree day so I call that a win. My only gripe is I wish it came in brown and gray as well, I don't always want to wear black.
