Really happy with this product
After using it, I've been really happy with it. It's easy to use and works well for me. I like the results I've gotten so far and would definitely continue using it. If you tell me exactly which CHI product it is and what you liked most about it, I can make the review sound more specific and natural.
Not sure about longevity
I received this CHI product for free in exchange for my honest review. I have very dense long natural hair and I have to say the blow dryer (flat) attachment was VERY quick blow drying my hair which is always a good thing! My reason behind the 3 star review is that I noticed the bristles on my brush bent after only 1 use which makes me nervous about the longevity. Once the bristles bend it starts to pull at my hair causing breakage. If you have finer hair texture this may work perfectly however if you have coarse hair you may have the same experience as I did which I would not recommend.

Nice Hair Brush Dryer But It Only Last Me One Year
I initially really liked this brush. It was easy to use and dried my hair quickly. Unfortunately, I purchased it on September 2, 2025, and it stopped producing heat on September 21, 2026, just over a year later. It now blows only cool air. It's disappointing that a product I enjoyed using no longer works properly. I expected better quality and durability from CHI. This was my first purchase from the brand, and based on this experience, it will be my last.
