Is this product the "Original" formula?

- Official Answer By SebastianThe states that have a ban on aerosol product containing VOC of over 55 would received our 50voc. This is the same formula, however dispenses slower. The hair may need a moment longer to set than with the 80voc. My hairspray has stopped working. I have one half bottle left. No receipt what should I do?

- Official Answer By SebastianWhile it is unusual for this to happen, I do have a suggestion that I can offer to see if we can't get the sprayer to work again. What I suggest is that you fill a coffee cup with hot water that is hot to touch but not scalding. Leave the can, nozzle end down, in the hot water overnight. This will loosen any built-up spray inside that is blocking the contents of the can from coming out. Let the can dry completely before you try spraying it again. To prevent clogs, I would also suggest storing the can upside down. We find that this redistributes the propellant inside the can, making it easier to spray. It is also recommended to store the can in a cool, dry location with the cap on. When in use, press the nozzle down firmly (no short puffs). Never use a pin to pick at the nozzle, as this just pushes the clog further into the can. It is recommended to use the product within 1-year for best results.Was this answer helpful to you

How do I keep it from constantly clogging? I have used this hairspray for many years and every can I have recently bought is having this problem.

Don't fall for the "online only promotion" of "buy 1 get 2" for this line of hairsprays. It happened to me just like it did to other reviewers, only 1 came in my package. You would have thought that they actually read the complaints and FIX the issue. The product itself is very good. The low rating is only because Ulta did not honor the deal.
