Swivel eyeliner up only 1/8-inch (pencil doesn't automatically retract, and too much exposure to air can dry it out.) Line eyes. Use smudging tool on opposite end to get desired effect. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely to protect from drying out.

Why does it seem like the eyeliner is empty so soon after you purchase? I can see others have been asking this question. This is my favorite, no-run eyeliner but if this runs out just as fast as the last (under 3 weeks!) I will have to ditch this. I did just order two more in case I got a defective product but I do see others asking about this so I don't think it's just me.

I have been using a blue grey eyeliner for probably too many years and it finally had to be replaced. I couldn't find the one I was using, nor could I locate a replacement, until I found the blue grey Clinique eyeliner. It's perfect for my blue/green eyes. Really perfect. Goes on easily and lasts well.
