The shampoo wnd conditioner smells very nice in the shower, and my hair feels softer than it did with my shampoo I was using before. I'm not gonna say it was the softest it has ever been, but still felt nice. I also used their leave-in conditioner, but only like a penny sized amount on my ends. That was also a nice product, but I could see it being heavy for other people. Overall 10/10 😊
