For normal skin- After cleansing skin, soak a cotton pad with toner and sweep over face to remove remaining toxins and impurities from skin. Gently pat remaining toner until fully absorbed. Follow up with remaining skincare routine.
For dry, dehydrated skin- Following the 7 Skin method, apply toner with clean, bare hands. Gently pat into the skin until fully absorbed. Repeat 7 times. Follow up with remaining skincare routine.
For very dry or combination skin- Soak several cotton pads with toner. Place soaked cotton pads around face like a sheet mask or apply pads to specific areas of the face that feel dry (i.e. cheeks, forehead, nose, etc.) Remover pads after 10 mins. Gently pat remaining toner until fully absorbed. Follow up with remaining skincare routine.
For all-day hydration- Dispense the toner into a clean, empty mist bottle. Spray toner as mist throughout the day as needed for continued hydration.

Impressive!!
When I first got it, I was thrown off by the strong herbal scent, but I gave it a chance anyways. This is the best skincare product I have ever used!! It is the perfect texture, like a moisturizing toner with a little more body. Every product I use clogs my pores, but this toner doesn't. It works well with my Salicylic Acid products to truly moisturize my skin and restore my barrier after a breakout. My skin feels like mochi all day long; soft, hydrated, and bouncy. I live in a humid climate, and it doesn't melt off of my skin when I step outside. I hate to wash it off! It has a smooth, radiant finish that I can't live without. It is a staple in my routine, now.
TONY, please don't discontinue this!
This toner is so good, especially when layered with a ceramide cream. I have very sensitive skin, but this toner is so gentle on my skin. After a few swipes, my skin feels plump, smooth, and perfectly primed for my moisturizer.

It's such a good product and easily comparable to other high end milky toners on the market. Also it takes less product to hydrate, and the bottle is bigger than my face. I've had it for ages and it has increased the overall dullness in my skin!!

I started breaking out, maybe it doesn't work for me. Had to stop using it and my pimples went away.
Worth repurchasing
One of my favorite toners, especially during the colder months. Have repurchased a few times. Even got my boyfriend obsessed with it. Very hydrating, not sticky, and lightweight. Ive tried other milky toners but this is one of the only ones that doesnt break me out! I do wish it came in a smaller bottle because I travel!
