Sadly, Breaks me out

I thought about buying Nutrafol for the last year, and finally purchased about 6 weeks ago. Two weeks in, I had the beginnings of cystic acne on my face. I'd read a few other reviews that mentioned the same. I stopped immediately, and my face is back to normal. Friends really like the product, but for some of us gals it will cause this side effect.

I absolutely love Nutrafol! I started taking it a few months before my wedding to help my hair grow, and the results were even better than I expected. Thicker and fuller hair
My hair was thinning at the crown. Between friction from my car headrest , perimenopause and stress . I really was self conscious about my hair,. I have taken several steps to reduce hair breakage, I supplement with iron, keep my hair from touching my car headrest. Reduce my stress levels and became more conscious about eating. And finally added this product . My stylist has complimented me on how much fuller my hair is .The thinning at the frown is almost imperceptible now afte one months use. This is not the be all end all for me its a component of much lifestyle changes and conscious behaviors. Not a miracle but is complimentary to my current state of hair improvement.

Honest Review
I took this product for just short of 4 years. Before it was offered through Ulta. The ingredients are good. And I didnt have any negative reactions. But it didn't do anything to help my hair grow more. I took the pills religiously every day. I also got the hair serum. The shampoo and conditioner. I really wanted this to work for me. But after almost 4 years I had to face reality and admit it did nothing for me. Maybe whatever was causing my hair to fallout/thin etc wasnt something this product helps. idk. I do know that when I went on actual medication for hair growth, I finally saw an improvement. This may work for you but it definitely didn't for me. I 100% paid for all my products and this is an honest review.
