Either poor quality or a Rip Off
This item was yet another item I ordered online from Ulta that arrived opened. The smell is pure rubbing alcohol. As a former perfumer I have a pretty sensitive sense of smell- this isn't a light perfume scent, it's basically just rubbing alcohol, so either the item is very poor quality or the item was tampered with. Be careful if you order online.
