Great for migraines
I love how it is freezer friendly. Can easily have it cold and lay on my eyes. I find this product super helpful as someone who gets migraines often. I definitely would say if you get migraines buy this product!! I hated having an ice pack on my eyes! This definitely can be the perfect temperature of coldness on the eyes to help with eye pain from a migraine! :)
Didn't work for me
The nod pod did stay in place even though I am a side sleeper, but I found it didn't help me sleep. It's personal preference, but having something on my face just further kept me awake. I tried if multiple times but ended up returning.

I'd never heard of this brand before, but after reading reviews that sounded promising, I decided to take the plunge—and I'm so glad I did! This weighted eye mask helps me fall asleep faster, and there's something about it that instantly makes me feel relaxed. Highly recommend it!

Comfortable. Actually relaxes your mind. Stays in place nearly entire night. Only complaint is slit in back to wrap around head is too small so that doesn't really work
