Drop a small amount of oil into palms and rub hands together to evenly disperse the oil. Run your fingers through damp or dry hair from mid-lengths to ends.
- For damaged and color-treated hair, apply to damp strands before heat styling to protect and reduce breakage.
- For braids, apply directly onto the scalp and throughout damp hair.
- For fine to medium hair, use 1-2 pumps.
- For medium to thick hair, use 2-3 pumps.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Amika products! I read everything when it came to the Hydrating Line. Also, read all the reviews and thought well I do have dry ends on my hair, the top of my roots too, so why not?? I ordered the shampoo and conditioner also!
