I have used this mascara for many years. However, my last two purchases seemed like the amount of mascara was reduced or dried out. It hardly lasted a month and I felt like I had to really work at getting any coverage. Have you changed your formula or the amount you provide in the applicator?

Not the same
Like many I have used this mascara for decades happily, both the waterproof and regular. It became clear a few months ago that something was different. flaking, strong smell, just wasn't buildable anymore. Seeing reviews that the formula has changed.... This is very sad and I'm on the hunt for a new mascara that does not irritate my eyes and does not flake. I really don't understand how L'Oreal could just change a product that has been loved for decades and think people wouldn't notice!?!

Waterproof where
I've used the waterproof version of this mascara for a few years now and my past three tubes have caused flakes throught my daily wear. i bought this version (carbon black) bc it was the only waterproof option at the time, and this one flakes AND smudges under the eyes throughout the day. Crazy bc i dont even wear it on my lower lashline and i set my under eyes.

I have never loved a mascara more. I use it every day and get soo many compliments. After a few coats there is a huge difference. I have tried so many different mascaras and so far this is the only one I find myself repurchasing over and over again. The waterproof hold a curl and is even easy to wash off every night. Purchase if you want complime to on your lashes every singly day!
