Can't believe they haven't pulled these off the shelf
This used to be my daily eyeliner because it stayed in place was datk black and not exoensive. Then one day I went to buy my usual and it was all dried out when I got it home. Since fhen I have tried to by several all over the place. They have ALL been dried out. I thought it was a fluke and even called NYX to ask about it. They refunded my money but seemed to care less about the issue. I have had to move on and get a new daily brand because its been almost a year of searching for one that is not dried out. I have even looked when I'm out of town or while traveling and everywhere I have purchased is the same dried out issue. So why dont they just pull this product and make one that actually works. They must be making money off the garbage ones since most people probably just throw it out instead of trying to get their money back. This makes me disappointed with this company as a whole and I refuse to buy anynore of their products. They obviously dont care about the well being of their customers or they would have taken care of this situation by now, which makes me wonder what else are they doing irresponsibly! Cant be too careful!

Dried out, unusable, disappointed
I used to love the old formula back in 2016 in college. I was excited to know that they brought it back only to be disappointed that the 2 I bought were so dry. All the ones in my location were dried too! Looks like everyone in America got the same defect. Thousands of dollars wasted on defects for NYX. sad to say wont buy again

Use to be good
Was using this eyeliner for years because of how good the product stayed locked in. But these past two that I bought, came out super clumpy. Not sure if its because they removed the little ball that was inside that helps mix the product? Idk but I feel that with the little ball inside it use to help prevent it from clumping.
